Who We Are
- WE ARE living men and women standing on the land and soil jurisdictions.
- WE ARE the institutors, creators, and organizers of the American government, not its subjects.
- WE ARE the owners of all land and soil in our respective States.
- WE RECLAIM our birthright political status and our Good Name and Estates.
What We Do
- We exercise our right to self-governance.
- We seek to restore and to reconstruct our Lawful American Government - State and County courts modeled after the original intent of our founding fathers.
- We realize our lawful American Government is based on Common Law and not administrative statutes, codes, and rules, as we have today.
- We seek to awaken people to the fraud that has been committed against them.
- We hold that what is thought of as our government are multiple private, for-profit corporations acting as government service providers. We the people are their employers.
- We are bound to uphold the Public Law and to keep the Peace, the enforcement of the Public Law, and the upholding of the Federal Constitution owed to our State and People.
- We choose Peace, Love, Abundance, and Life.
- We fly the Peace Flag, not the War flag, as evidence of our Declaration of Peace.

How Did We Get Here?
- Do you remember studying the Civil War?
- Do you recall the "Reconstruction" afterward?
- The Reconstruction never really happened.
Why?
Because spiteful men in Parliament, traitors and fools in Washington, D.C. chose not to finish the job they were morally, lawfully, and legally mandated to get done. Britain and France gained influence and pulled off scams against Amercia that made European freeloaders rich at our expense and entangled America, their own countries, and most of the rest of the world in endless wars for profit.
Who is at the bottom of this pile? Bankers. Bankers influence and pay off politicians. Politicians influence the military and before you know it, we have non-stop greed causing endless wars.
The Assemblies' mission is to peacefully finish the Reconstruction that began in 1865.
Where Are We Going?
As a State Assembly, we are helping to finish the missing "Reconstruction" that never happened after the so-called "Civil War" and the British-provoked fraud that followed.
The Federation called the actual States of the Union to Assemble and the States are in session for the first time in 160 years!
As each of the fifty states assemble, the Reconstruction will finally be finished and the Territorial and Municipal United States corporations (acting as government service providers) will be returned to their proper limited role of serving we the people.
What to Expect
The individual state Assemblies are unincorporated organizations engaged in essential matters related to the original 1787 Constitution. The primary job of each Assembly is to get fully populated, organized, and prepared for peaceable action. We are restoring Common Law courts, so that foreign Admiralty Courts have no cause to address American State Nationals or American State Citizens.
By declaring your birthright political status, recording it, and joining your State Assembly, you are setting yourself apart from your "government services" employees and their duties. You are choosing to live in peace and honor.
Our Assemblies are peaceful, legitimate, and perfectly lawful.
The primary role of the Assembly is to get organized as a government for our State of the Union. Assemblies teach people about self-governance. Nationality is a birthright. Assembly membership is a choice.

We, the living people of Wisconsin, are calling all eligible Americans to assemble.
We are assembling peacefully and without ill will, by exercising our rights, powers, and capacities to direct our government service providers.
