The goal of The Wisconsin Assembly is to restore the Wisconsin land and soil jurisdiction, the American Common Law court system, and to reconstruct a Lawful American Government modeled after the original intent of the American Founders.

We are dedicated to repopulating the Wisconsin Assembly that has been inactive for over 150 years. We are committed to restoring the land and soil jurisdiction, Common Law court system, and resolving disputes through truth, justice and honor, under full disclosure.
Only living men and women who are ready, willing and able to properly declare their political status as American State Nationals and accept the responsibilities that come with this valiant commitment can do this work.
This website is dedicated to raising awareness about the foreign-owned corporations fraudulently masquerading as our government. These foreign entities have infiltrated our schools, our communities, our political offices, our monetary system, the military, and influential businesses. They have intentionally inverted the government power structure and have committed massive crimes against generations of naive Americans.
This information is intended to help Wisconsin men and women learn the truth, and what can peacefully be done to take back our state.

The “US Citizen” Challenge
If you answer “Yes” to any of the questions below, you may be a “U.S. Citizen” and you should consider correcting your Political Status.
- Do you have a Birth Certificate?
- Do you have a Social Security Number?
- Do you have a Naturalization document or Green Card?
- Do you vote in the Federal, State, or County elections?
- Do you work for the Federal Government?
- Do you currently serve in the Military?
- Are you in a Political Office?
- Are you a Welfare recipient?
Did You Know?
- Your Identity was stolen at birth via the Birth Certificate that your Mother signed. An infant decedent estate was established in your ALL CAPS NAME, and has been used to conduct business in your NAME(S).
- As a baby, you were (unlawfully) registered as a "U.S. Citizen" without disclosure or consent. This changed your political status to that of a "British Territorial U.S. Citizen" with limited rights and NO Constitutional protections.
- Your name spelled in all CAPS, e.g. JOHN DOE is NOT you, but a fictitious entity. Only "living people" have Natural and Unalienable Rights, protected by the U.S. Constitution.
- The American Government (unincorporated) is different than the U.S. Government (incorporated).
- Each state is a nation and Americans acquire their nationalities from their birth State, not from the U.S. Government.
- "U.S. Citizens" cannot own physical land because they are presumed to be tenants not landlords. In all cases where "U.S. Citizens" not "American Nationals" live in homes or on land in this country, they only have tenant rights, even if they have paid off their Mortgages.
- If your Property Taxes (rent forever) are not paid, you could lose your property. But, once you have declared on the Public Record that you are an "American National", it all changes.
- Federal Income Taxes are NOT mandatory for all American Nationals.
- Incorporated governments, agencies, courts, and businesses cannot address living people unless men/women are tricked into admitting they are artificial persons, such as a U.S. Citizen.
